Carol has been working with Dr. McKinney since the year 2000. She came to the office with an extensive background in the health field and a genuine interest in the care of patients. Carol is here to assist you with scheduling treatment in our office, coordination of appointments with other dental specialists, insurance claims, billing and all privacy practice regulations. In addition, you will find Carol very knowledgeable and able to address many of your dental questions. |

Debbie joined the dental team of Dr. McKinney in 2003, having 15 years experience as a scheduling coordinator for a general dental practice in Massachusetts. Whether in person or over the phone, Debbie looks forward to assisting you and understanding your concerns and scheduling needs in a very friendly, caring, and professional manner.

Michele graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of New Hampshire in 1997. While pursuing her degree, Michele worked in retail sales and hotel management. Her love for helping people led her to Dr. McKinney’s office in 1996. As a Patient Coordinator, Michele is available to take your initial phone call, help make sense of your dental insurance and to schedule and coordinate the most complicated of cases. Michele’s many years of experience with Dr. McKinney has yielded much technical and clinical knowledge to provide answers to your questions and help make your experience with Dr. McKinney’s office the best it can be.

Renee joined Dr. McKinney in 2005 coming with a most gracious personality and a strong determination to learn prosthetic dental assisting. She is Radiology and CPR Certified, and has eight years of experience as an orthodontic assistant. Renee hopes you feel comfortable and at ease during your time together, and looks forward to working with you. |
Stephanie Lawrence (right)
Dental Assistant
Stephanie began working with Dr. McKinney in 1998 and over the past years has taken on the role of dental assistant with great accomplishment. She is both CPR and Radiology Certified. Stephanie is especially concerned with and takes great pride in achieving precise disinfection and sterilization procedures. She enjoys meeting and caring for people and helping to provide a comfortable and friendly dental experience during your time with her and Dr. McKinney. |

Charlene Ouellette
Registered Dental Hygienist
Charlene is a 1983 graduate of Westbrook College in Maine with an Associate Degree in Dental Hygiene. Charlene is licensed to provide local anesthesia, an expanded function she earned in 2003. She has worked with Dr. McKinney since 1990 which has allowed her to foster the growth of her dental knowledge. As a result, you have access to one of the most experienced prosthetic care providers available. It is Charlene’s desire to work closely with you to help meet your dental goals in a very professional and compassionate way.

Jill Rice
Registered Dental Hygienist
Jill is a1983 graduate of New Hampshire Technical Institute and has over twenty two years of dental experience. She has worked with Dr. McKinney since 1994 as a patient facilitator. Jill will help you to identify your dental concerns and goals and provide information that allows you, the patient, to understand and choose treatment that is appropriate for your circumstance. Jill looks forward to meeting you and together creating an experience based on your needs and goals that allow you to choose the care that is right for you. |
